Our existing mobile application (iOS and Android) requires a thorough UX research phase before a major redesign. The freelancer will conduct user interviews, usability testing, create user personas, and map user journeys to identify pain points and areas for improvement. A detailed research report with actionable recommendations is the primary deliverable. Experience with mobile UX research methodologies is a must.
