Our rapidly expanding B2C brand in the pet supplies niche needs an expert to set up and manage Google Ads (Search & Shopping) campaigns. The goal is to achieve a ROAS (Return On Ad Spend) of 4x within the first three months. This includes keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, A/B testing, and monthly performance reporting. A minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience managing significant Google Ads budgets ($5k+/month) is required.
