ProposalsWe are a small online retail company that needs monthly bookkeeping help with our Quickbooks Online starting at the beginning of October 2022. We have 2 employees (co-owners), more than 500 transactions per/month.This monthly bookkeeper will be expected to complete the below:
-Post bills, receipts, and other bookkeeping transactions
-Transactions posted and/or matched directly from the bank feed
-Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements (Up to 3 accounts per month)
-Post aggregate sales date from sales channels (Shopify, Stripe, Paypal, Klarna, FB Payments, Global-e, Loop Returns) *NOTE: For sale channels that don’t sync to QBO, we will provide a report or 3rd party access so that you can pull a report
-Provide you access to Receipt Bank
-Answer bookkeeping questions via email or phone
