Hello,
I have had a horrible experience with a 3rd party shipping and distribution company that managed about 8 shipments I've had this year of my laundry lockers (breezyll.com). Basically, we have 8 claims going with 3 different freight forwarders.
One forwarder has agreed to pay out about 30% of the claims but the others are being a little difficult.
The 3rd party (a company called complete distribution services) managed the claims but I think they are partly responsible.
I need some help processing the claims properly and getting some legal advice.
