A Google Sheets and Excel Guru needed to take raw data from one worksheet, and create meaningful analysis on another worksheet.

We are a rapidly scaling Real Estate investment company with dozens of properties and tenants. We collect rent, and enter the amounts into a Google Sheet.

Success in this project will involve:
1. Knowing how to look up data labeled in one sheet and transfer it to another sheet.
2. Use your "Ninja" skills to automatically analyze data. (i.e. What is the % Collected of Rent on properties after owning them for 60 Days).
3. Present the data in a clear way.

Real Estate experience is not necessary! Skilled formula creation is. We'd prefer to keep this on Google Sheets, unless limitations require Excel.

This is the first of ongoing projects we will need. Financial Analysis experience is a PLUS, but is not a requirement.

We will provide clear guidance as to our needs.
