I'm  trying to source some information for a web application development that would serve the whole of Africa.  In that case , I'm looking for specific responses in Westen Sahara. Also attached is a sample structure of the responses collected in Uganda. You can use that to guide you in responding to the various questions. At the moment, we are working on the feasibility of data collection in target countries. Once you confirm you can get the data and we agree on a price, then I can let you know when to start.
