I am suing these hotel chains for a serious slip and fall accident that re-injured my brain  which was recovering from a serious brain injury three years ago.  I have photos, but nobody saw me fall.  I also injured my neck and shoulder (I can feel them, they're very sore).  I want to be brief, put lots of pressure on the decision maker (insurance company?), and get this out of the way.   I have doctor's letters and a medical history documenting previous injuries which may or may not be helpful.
