This is a fairly straight forward task. Years ago my company requested a unique handle (fan page url) from facebook which they provided. We did this through a lawyer. Over the years the handle  as in the fan page disappeared due to non-use. The trademark lapsed and they would not help us get the handle back. Now we have a new trademark registration in progress, and we would like someone who can help us get this handle for Facebook and Instagram. The good thing is no one uses them. I prefer a lawyer with experience in social media to handle this request. It may only require a single email or they may be more follow-up required. I am unsure how they will respond. I prefer a set fee for the project.
