Recruitment of a HR Officer to be deployed in UAE.

We are looking for a female HR Officer with the following qualification:

– 3 yrs. minimum experience on HR
– Have valid HR certificates and training
– Have experience in Energy or Oil and Gas sector (preferred)
– Willing to be relocated in UAE

Roles and Responsibilities:

– To handle the human resource aspect of the company
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
– Assist the CEO in the HR aspect of the company
– Develop and implement Training schedule for employees
– Assist the CEO in evaluating employees in the company
Other roles and responsibilities will be discussed.
