Us Company is looking for a skilled  BOOKKEEPER professional to handle
-2020 Clean Up
-2021 Clean up
-Download bank statements
-export bank transactions for 3-5 bank accounts
-Match receipts with expenses
-Set up CHART of Accounts in QB for 10 properties
-Create P&L statements, possibly financial forecasting and cash flow projections
-Looking to set up chart of accounts for 10 properties
-The properties are rentals and no mortgage (renting the apartments)
-Will need to review different entity structures to determine the best solution
-familiar w US TAX LAWS
-familiar with Arizona or PA Filing requirements
-Determine how much is an appropriate amount to set them up on payroll
-Estimate Quarterly Tax Payments/ 941 Tax return
-Must be able to meet up on zoom to review returns and projections
-Must be able to communicate in English written and verbal.
Preferably 3+ years of experience
